Who is tim?
I’m Tim. For the past 15+ years I’ve worked with boys across every behaviour type - the loud ones who act out, the quiet ones who slip under the radar, and even the straight-A students who appear fine but struggle under pressure. I’ve coached schools, teachers, and parents to create environments where boys thrive.
This isn’t about fixing boys.
It’s about understanding them, coaching them, and giving you the tools to lead them with strength and care.
